Best moment: Derek's completely unexpected and utterly callous death in 221, 'Adam Raised A Cain'

Worst moment: The excruciatingly awful 'Donald, Where's Your Trousers?' montage sequence, also in 221: 'Adam Raised A Cain'. Brought the overall score for the episode down by two whole points that.
